Yüzdeler

Yüzdeler, farklı durumları 100 eşit parçaya böler ve böylece olayları daha kolay anlamamıza yardımcı olur. “Yüzde” kelimesi aslında “her yüz eş parçada” veya “her bir yüzlükte” anlamına gelir. Kesir, Ondalık Gösterim ve Yüzde İfadelerini Karşılaştırma

Kesir, ondalık gösterim ve yüzde ifadeleri, farklı yollarla aynı değeri ifade etmek için kullanılır. Bir çokluğun yüzdesini bulmak, o çokluğun bir bütün içindeki oranını ifade etmek anlamına gelir. Yani, bir bütün içinde ne kadar paya sahip olduğunu yüzde olarak ifade ederiz.

ÖRNEK SORU: Bir sınıfta 25 öğrenci var ve bu öğrencilerin 12’si matematik sınavından geçti. Matematik sınavından geçen öğrencilerin oranını yüzde olarak bulunuz.

ÇÖZÜM: Öncelikle, matematik sınavından geçen öğrenci sayısını toplam öğrenci sayısına bölerek yüzde oranını bulabiliriz:
Matematik sınavından geçen öğrenci sayısı = 12
Toplam öğrenci sayısı = 25
{\text { Yüzde oranı }} =(\frac{12}{25}) x 100 = (\frac{12 x 4}{25 x 4}) x 100 = (\frac{48}{100}) x 100 = %48
Sonuç olarak, matematik sınavından geçen öğrencilerin yüzde olarak oranı %48’dir.
